Can I make a change to my order after placing it?

No changes can be made to your order after it is placed, as all sales are final. Please be sure that the spelling on personalized items is correct before placing an order. This includes shipping addresses.


What are your refund and return policies?

We currently do not accept any returns or exchanges, unless in an unordinary circumstance. In this case, returns and exchanges are accepted on a case-by-case basis for damaged items and determined by Crafthouse Creations.

** Should there be an exception made to this, a $25 return/restocking fee will apply.

 

What is your turnaround time?

Most items have a 2-3 weeks (Mon-Fri working days) turnaround time, unless noted in the description. * Weekends and holidays not included. We do not offer rush shipping at this time. All orders ship USPS Priority or UPS Ground and will be updated with tracking information when they ship.


What do I do if there is an issue with my order?

If there is an issue with your order, please send an email with your order number as the subject line to crafthousecreationsco@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your package. After the 7 day window, no exceptions will be made.
